Mariya Palanjian interview's with Catherine Bailey

Catherine Bailey is currently the Senior Advisor at Rea.deeming Beauty, Inc., the “home” of the original beautyblender® and most recently, Bounce® foundation, their initial entrance into the color cosmetics world! She held this position since 2010, recently retiring and taking on the Advisory role and Special Projects. Cathy and Founder, Rea Ann Silva worked to develop the product and Cathy focused on leading all of Rea.deeming Beauty’s operational policies, corporate objectives, and marketing initiatives as Rea Ann focused on growing the brand with her ingenious product offerings. She has been with the company since its inception in 2002. Previously, Catherine led product development and marketing efforts at another Cosmetic applicator company located in the area. Her 30+ years of experience in the cosmetic industry, has been instrumental in leading Rea.deeming Beauty to the industry position as a category creator.

Much of her time is spent volunteering for the local Chapter of Score as a mentor as well as the Marketing Chair.   Cathy is also a member of the Northampton Community College Foundation Board and recently completed a year as their Executive in Residence.
