Residents in the Armenian village of Tegh are worried that violence along the Azerbaijani border could escalate further after a deadly skirmish between soldiers from both countries. The Armenian and Azerbaijani defense ministries reported a total of seven deaths among members of their armed forces in renewed fighting at one of the sections of the restive border between the two South Caucasus nations.
