Ethnic Armenians living in a village adjacent to the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region are preparing to leave their homes, the date timed to the completion of a key roadway in the sliver of land connecting Armenia to the Azerbaijani region. However, many are reluctant to leave, while some Azerbaijanis, who fled 30 years ago, still hope to return.
