EU Hails End Of Nagorno-Karabakh Fighting, Urges Parties To Stick To Cease-Fire

The European Union has welcomed the end of fighting in and around the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh and called on all sides to “strictly respect” the Moscow-brokered cease-fire between Armenia and Azerbaijan in order to prevent further loss of life.
